I’m very impressed with this back brace! It provides excellent back support while remaining lightweight and very comfortable to wear. I noticed a difference in my posture after only two days of use.

I work sitting at a desk all day and have done so for 20+ years. Because of that I tend to hunch over and sitting that way for long hours makes my back uncomfortable. When I first put on the back support I immediately noticed 2 things, 1) it's easy to get on and adjust and 2) how much support it gives. I instantly felt it in my shoulders. Hard to describe but it literally felt like a weight off my shoulders. I was much more upright and it seemed to help relieve pain and tension from how I normally sit. I'm a chunky guy and the Large size fit perfectly with a lot of room for adjustment. Very much worth it if your posture is causing you issues.

I have tried other vests but this is the BEST. It is comfortable and easy to put on and adjust. It pulls my shoulders back and by the end of the day I can feel a big difference, over time I hope it will correct my posture better that I have been able to do myself with exercise and stretching. I especially like that it is not bulky and can be worn under street or workout clothes without showing. I wear it while walking around, but did not realize how big a difference it makes while sitting at my desk, it really help me to sit up straight for hours without discomfort. I've been using this brace everyday to help with my slouching and other posture issues. I have forward head posture and I have been told that I walk with my head slightly angled and it causes mild back pain if I don't take frequent breaks to rest during the day. This brace forces my shoulders back and head up. It seems to help with my shoulder/back alignment and in turn helps relieve pain. I was skeptical about washing this but it held up well after several washes.
